Wonderful experience
I am so pleased with the experience I had with Charles Marlow. When booking a villa accommodation for the week of my wedding, I was in contact with Andreas both via email and over the phone. He was beyond helpful in making sure I booked a villa that met my needs for the week. He was also kind enough to arrange accommodations for my family. Once booked, he supplied us with recommendations and resources that I would not have been able to find on my own. We were all looking forward to our stay in Deia. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding due to the pandemic. Our guests were travelling from both California, Australia, and in between. Andreas was beyond understanding with these current, uncertain times, and was accommodating to our needs. We were given a refund of our deposit within days, and he was in contact with us throughout the process. Andreas, thank you so much for all of your help and genuine kindness. My family and I look forward to the day we can re-book with you, enjoy the beauty of Deia, and experience your recommendations on the island. Thanks so much for everything.

Wonderful Service
We (based in United States) approached Charles Marlow for help with a villa to rent in Deia for my daughter's wedding in June 2021. Andreas was so helpful, responsive and professional helping us find the perfect villa. We were looking so forward to the event and stay, however, due to COVID we are unable to continue with our booking. Andreas was very understanding and was in continuous contact with us as he handled the details of our cancellation and refund. We definitely want to make it to Deia when things return to normal. There is no doubt we will be reaching out to Andreas and the Charles Marlow team when that time comes. They are top notch!

Rented Can Topa in Deia - Wonderful experience
Me and my girlfriend rented a house in Deia with the help of Charles Marlow. We had a great time while there (in spite of it being during COVID-19 times), and the people from Charles Marlow facilitated everything very well. Andreas Loftager was our primary contact person and made the booking process and our stay 10/10. Much recommended.

Great service
We recently had to cancel a property with Charles Marlow due to the virus - they were so helpful and we eventually decided on a return of deposit - Andreas and his team were so helpful - they even refunded the Euro deposit in Sterling to help me - fantastic thank you.
