Dear Simon Petrie
We are at present on holiday but had arranged that our annual premium for health insurance would be paid by direct debit with you or Aegon collecting it from our bancaja account. On checking our records it seems that no payment has been made. We shall be back in Spain on Monday 31 Jan pm and will resolve this with you but please keep the policy in operation and if possible look into this beforehand. Tank you Valerie Ford
