  Bistreau by Ángel León

  Something of a household name in Spain, Ángel León has often been called the Chef of the Sea due to his passionate love and knowledge of seafood from fish to shellfish, seaweed to algae and even salt. Offering a host of different textures and flavours to savour. The enticing a la carte menu is complemented by an extensive wine list with a focus on the Jerez wines that go perfectly with Angel Leon’s seafood cuisine. In addition, the restaurant serves breakfast featuring an a la carte menu and/or an epicurean spread of fresh cut fruit, local organic yoghurts, freshly baked croissants, artisan jams, a live Asiatic station, a seafood station and a select range of cheeses and charcuterie. We also offer a special lunchtime executive menu designed for busy executives and light refreshments throughout the day. In the evenings, we offer the chance for twelve guests to dine at our chef’s table La Mesa. Available through prior booking only, this is an unparalleled culinary immersion event, experienced bite by delicious bite.

  Banker's Bar

  With a ceiling fashioned from original security boxes hinting to the building’s former use as a bank, our fabulous Banker’s Bar is both a vibrant nightspot and stunning piece of design. Atmospherically lit with a choice of indoor and outdoor seating, Banker’s Bar offers an extensive list of cocktails including much-loved classics alongside modern combinations specially created for the Bar including Doh Je Maguey, Glamour or our most popular order Bankers#3. We also serve a range of wines, champagnes and cavas as well as a selection of delicious tapas. On Wednesdays, we host weekly Banker’s Live Sessions offering unique live music performances and a choice of delicious cocktails. From Thursday to Saturday, discover our popular DJ Sessions.

  Moments

  Le Mesa

  With space for only 12 guests, La Mesa by Ángel León offers a unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience. Through a tasting menu of 15 plates, chef Ángel León, awarded with 2 Michelin stars, will take diners on a journey of the sea, presenting dishes that will delight through their amazing and unique flavours, and stunning presentation. Using seafood from both the Atlantic and Mediterranean seas, the menu includes a mix of well-known and unusual ingredients, featuring delicacies such as evanescent grilled shrimp omelette, iodine soup and 2.0 plankton rice. Using his unique cooking techniques, Ángel León has created a menu that’s renowned for its flavours, textural sensations and trompe l’oeil effects, which can be seen in dishes such as Iodic soup, Oyster foam and Red prawn “mongetes”.
